Someone stretching in the Sun
Is always a happy one
Ancient Traditions Galore
Practiced on the wooden floor
A dark memory
can be set free
The heart is fed
through giving that is sacred
Cloudless minds
The soul is released from its binds
Your ego becomes small
Yoga is the way for all
